Douglas Murray

Douglas Murray is a British author, journalist, and associate editor of The Spectator. He is the author of "The Strange Death of Europe" (2017), "The Madness of Crowds" (2019), and "The War on the West" (2022). He has reported from conflict zones including Gaza and Israel, traveling there as a journalist during the October 7 aftermath and subsequent military operations — making him a firsthand witness to conditions on the ground, not merely an analyst of secondary sources. His reporting on the Israel-Hamas conflict is grounded in direct observation. He has also written on Islamic terrorism, European immigration, and Western cultural decline.
