Ben Shapiro

Ben Shapiro is an American conservative political commentator, author, lawyer, and co-founder of The Daily Wire, one of the largest conservative media companies in the United States. He has a law degree from Harvard Law School and was previously the youngest nationally syndicated columnist in the US, beginning at age 17. He is an Orthodox Jew and Israeli-American. His commentary on Israel is shaped by his religious identity and his analysis of the Israel-Palestine conflict from a pro-Israel, evidence-driven perspective. He is among the most-listened-to podcast hosts in the world (The Ben Shapiro Show), and is known for structured argumentation, use of statistics, and direct engagement with left-of-center claims. On October 7, 2026 — the third anniversary of the Hamas massacre — he devoted his episode to the question of why Israel receives disproportionate media coverage and UN attention compared to conflicts with far higher death tolls, arguing the pattern is diagnostic of antisemitism.
