Andrew Roberts

Andrew Roberts is a British historian and author whose works include "Churchill: Walking with Destiny" (2018), "Napoleon the Great" (2014), "The Storm of War" (WWII), and "Masters and Commanders" (WWII Allied strategy). He is a visiting professor at King's College London and a fellow at the Hoover Institution. His biography of Churchill is considered one of the definitive modern accounts. He is a credible source on WWII, Churchill, British political history, and the Allied conduct of the war — directly relevant as a counterweight to Darryl Cooper's revisionist framing.
